Arbore Pruina S.A. de C.V. ("we", "us"), based in Mexico City, operates arborepruina.com and the digital products and applications of the group, including web and mobile apps. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the website and to Arbore Pruina accounts used in our client console and mobile applications.
Data we collect
We collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address, and what you write in the forms on this site (contact and investment, talent pool and account deletion) or by email. If you hold an Arbore Pruina account, we also process account data such as your login email, profile details, project information, tasks, messages, and files you upload as part of the services. We collect basic technical data automatically — device type, browser, language, and approximate region — to keep the services working and secure.
How we use your data
We use your data to provide and operate the services, respond to your messages, route you to the right company in the group (Vesk Group, OrbStudio or Uninova), manage your account, communicate service updates, and improve our products. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with the companies in the group when you ask us to route you to them, and with service providers that help us run the services — such as cloud hosting, authentication, and email infrastructure — under agreements that limit how they may use it. We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
Storage and security
Data is stored on cloud infrastructure with access controls, encryption in transit, and encryption at rest where supported. Access to personal data is limited to team members who need it to operate the services.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the services or as required by law. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal, accounting, or security reasons.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or ask us to limit its processing (ARCO rights under Mexican data protection law). To exercise these rights, email us or use the account deletion page on this site. We respond to verified requests within the timeframes set by applicable law.
Cookies
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. It stores a single first-party cookie, ap_lang, when you pick a language with the switcher, so it remembers your choice next time; it lasts one year and does not identify you.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the services or by email where appropriate.
