These terms govern your use of arborepruina.com and of the Arbore Pruina applications and services, including the client console and mobile apps (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
The services
Arbore Pruina is a startup studio based in México. The Services include our marketing website and the software we provide to clients and partners to collaborate on projects — dashboards, task tracking, messaging, file sharing, and related features. Specific engagements may be governed by separate written agreements, which prevail over these terms in case of conflict.
Accounts
Some Services require an account created by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services: no unauthorized access, no interference with their operation, no uploading of unlawful or infringing content, and no use of the Services to harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Intellectual property
The Services, including their design, code, and branding, belong to Arbore Pruina or its licensors. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us the license needed to host and process it in order to provide the Services. Ownership of project deliverables is defined in the applicable engagement agreement.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep them reliable and secure, but we do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arbore Pruina will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, or, where no amounts were paid, to the minimum permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using the Services and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of México, and disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of México, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. We may update these terms; continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
